第９回理学部HiSEP基礎セミナー（1月9日（金）2限に開催）は、引き続き、台湾・National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University　のHsueh-Ju Liu先生に化学分野から多彩な物質・化合物の構造についてお話しいただきます。学部・学科を問わず多くの学生の皆さんのご参加をお待ちしています。

タイトル：　『The Development of Coordination Chemistry: From Early Inorganic Compounds to Modern Applications 』

概要：Many colorful compounds and materials around us are coordination compounds. This lecture traces the historical development of coordination chemistry, from early discoveries of inorganic compounds to Alfred Werner’s bonding model that defined modern chemistry. We will also discuss how coordination compounds are used today—in supramolecular chemistry, organometallic chemistry, and catalysis. By following this story, students will understand how coordination chemistry connects
structure, bonding, and real-world applications.
